Carl Meyer launches new multi-bar raschel warp knitting machine

Karl Meyer's lace machine family has added a new member - ML35C multi-bar raschel warp knitting machine. The machine has 5 (up to 6) bottom combs and 30 wire rope guides and many technological innovations.

The wire rope guide bar represents Karl Mayer's latest jacquard technology, and the KAMCOS command system combines the computer equipment of all machines into one efficient network. The system consists of motion control, operator interface, pattern control and network interface.

On the new machine, the motion control system is set up as a standard single speed system. The main function of the machine - from spindle movement and yarn feeding to falling cloth - is controlled by a linear process. The flower control system provides centralized control and effective human-machine dialogue through a console with a 12.1-inch high-definition touch display. The ML35C is by far the fastest and most flexible multi-bar raschel warp knitting machine.
