The essence of this failure phenomenon is that diesel does not spray the cylinder. The basic reason for this failure is that the injection pump does not pressurize the oil or the low pressure oil line does not supply oil. The basic reasons are as follows: 1. The reasons why the fuel injection pump does not press oil include: air in the oil passage, pull-rods of the fuel injection pump operating mechanism fall off, and adjustment rods stuck in stopping fuel supply or flameout. Loose fixing bolts that drive the connecting plate.

2. The reasons why oil is not supplied by the low pressure oil line are: There is no oil in the oil tank, there is air in the oil passage, the oil line is blocked and the oil pump does not work. At this time, it should be based on the principles of easy-to-follow, first-out, and then-inside-out rules. First, check whether the fuel injection pump flame-out button is returned, whether the lever of the operating mechanism and the fixing bolt of the driving connection plate are detached, and whether there is oil in the fuel tank. Then, loosen the gas release screw on the fuel injection pump to check whether the oil line is blocked or air. And press the start button to check if the pump is working properly. If the above checks are all good, you should remove the high-pressure fuel pipe on the fuel injection pump, then fall down the accelerator pedal, press the start button, check the fuel injection pump for pressure. If you do not press the oil, it means that the adjusting rod is stuck in the stop position.
