Changchun Yinghua Research Institute developed equipment and achieved results

The Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences adheres to the road of scientific research and equipment construction combining the introduction of independent research and development, vigorously strengthens the research and innovation of scientific instruments, and continuously increases the investment in instrument research and development on the basis of actively striving for the development of scientific and technological equipment. A number of scientific research results with display degree have been obtained.

Since 2001, the institute has successfully developed "shear laser light scattering instrument", "five-chamber combined film preparation system", "five-compartment ultra-high vacuum organic coating system", "four chambers combined with high vacuum" Functional light-emitting device preparation system", "on-line biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) rapid tester", "bio-dissolved oxygen (DO) fast online detector", "capillary electrophoresis electrochemiluminescence detector", "color plasma flat panel display" (PDP) fluorescent instrument optical parameter test system", "controllable thermal barrier coating automatic thermal cycler" and other scientific instruments, a total of 30 sets.

The development of “Capillary Electrophoresis Electrochemiluminescence Detector” has filled the international gap. “Online Biochemical Oxygen Consumption (BOD) Rapid Analyzer” and “Bio-dissolved Oxygen (DO) Fast Online Detector” have reached the international advanced level. Realize industrialization. In order to further strengthen the research and development of electroanalytical instruments, in March 2004, the institute and the Jilin Province jointly established the "Electrochemical Instrument Engineering Technology Research Center".

At present, the "micro-electrical analysis system" and "micro-multi-function electrochemical teaching system" developed by the center have signed a secondary development agreement with the University of Australia, Griffith, to promote its industrialization as soon as possible.
