First, the engine temperature is too high

1. The cooling system leaks or the cooling water is insufficient; 2. The water temperature indicator indicates inaccurate or malfunctioning; 3. The cooling system has too much scale, and the cooling effect is poor; 4. The radiator shield net or the radiator core ventilation channel is blocked by debris, resulting in Bad heat dissipation; 5. The pump or fan belt is too loose or broken; 6. The pump is damaged, the fan blade is reversed or deformed, and the air ring is damaged; 7. The thermostat is damaged in the closed position of the main valve; 8. The engine is overloaded for a long time. The oil supply time is too late.

Second, the engine temperature is too high to eliminate the method

When the engine has a high water temperature fault during operation, observe the fault phenomenon and find out the reason to eliminate it. First, check whether the water temperature gauge is out of order. If it is inaccurate or malfunctioning, replace it. Then check whether the water tank is short of water, and whether the water inlet pipe or radiator is leaking. In addition to directly observing from the outside, you can use the pumping method to check the leaking position. Radiator leakage parts can be repaired by soldering. If a certain heat pipe breaks down, it can block the two ends flat. A slight leak was found at work and was blocked with soap and repaired after parking. If it is not for the above reasons, it is necessary to further inspect whether the engine shell has cracks, whether the water stop ring is damaged, or whether the water leakage hole of the pump outlet leaks. Finally, check whether the exhaust valve of the radiator cap is invalid. If it fails, replace it.

If non-cooling water leaks, the fault should be analyzed and eliminated in two situations. 1. Sudden water temperature is too high. First check whether the radiator is overheated. If the radiator temperature is too high, it means that the cylinder gasket is damaged. At this time, check whether the joint plane between the upper plane and the cylinder cover is seriously warped and deformed. If it is deformed, repair it in time. If the temperature of the radiator is not high, it means that the cooling water is in poor circulation. Check whether the fan belt is broken or severely slipped. If it is normal, check whether the radiator outlet pipe is sucked or not, and whether there is any delamination blockage in the inner hole, and find out the reason to eliminate it. The emergency method is to place an appropriate large spring support in the suction pipe. Check if the expansion tube of the thermostat is broken and the rupture should be replaced. If the thermostat is normal, it means that the pump is damaged. Check the repair pump carefully. 2. Non-abrupt water temperature is too high. For phenomena that are not sudden high temperatures, the engine speed should be increased to observe whether the water inlet is turned over, and at the same time, whether a large amount or a small amount of water is to be poured. If a lot of water is turned over, and the temperature of the radiator is not uniform, it means that some cooling pipes are blocked, and should be noticed in the cold winter. When a small amount of water is added to the water inlet and the engine temperature is low and high, it indicates that the water distribution pipe is damaged or blocked and should be replaced in time. If it is not for the above reason, it may be that the cooling system has excessive scale and the water channel is not smooth. If there is no water in the water inlet, the exterior of the cooling system and the mechanical parts of the engine should be carefully examined and analyzed.

First, check whether the shutter is closed or if the opening is insufficient. If the fan is rotating properly, if everything is normal and the engine is still overheated, check the fan airflow. If the air volume is insufficient, the angle of the fan blade should be adjusted and the blade head should be properly bent or converted.

In the normal condition of the cooling system, the engine is still overheated, you should consider the reasons for use. In short, the causes of overheating of the engine are various, and the above methods can be flexibly used for inspection and exclusion according to specific conditions.
