The reclaimer cuts the raw material at an angle roughly equivalent to the stacking angle of the pile. Therefore, when the end material is cut, the various raw materials of the pile can not be cut at the same time, and the fluctuation of the component actually cut out of the end material is increased. The general practice is to treat the end material as unqualified material to the stockyard for storage, and then re-mix it as a raw material to become a circulating material. [next]
In order to control the end material, there are currently two ways of running cloth: fixed starting point and running distance cloth; changing starting point and running distance cloth, see Figure 11.
