Shovels elevate the material along the circumference, and then the material trickles through the tube bundle back into the trough. The material gets dried by contact with the tubes and by convection.
To optimize the performance of the dryer, it is recommended to recycle partial dry fiber to inlet of dryer to mix with the wet fiber. The same to gluten dryer.
