The notice requires that the competent department of agricultural mechanization at all levels should report to the government leaders actively, actively coordinate with the financial department at the same level, strive for financial input, and ensure that the agricultural machinery safety supervision organization performs its duties normally. It is necessary to thoroughly implement the provisions of the “Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Agricultural Machinery Safety of the State Council” on ensuring financial investment in agricultural machinery safety; implement the “12th Five-Year Plan for Production Safety” issued by the General Office of the State Council on the implementation of the periodical free inspection system for agricultural machinery and the agricultural machinery.
