Stirring tank overview

The agitation tank is an indispensable equipment in the flotation production process. According to different purposes, it can be divided into four types: slurry agitation tank, agitation tank, lifting tank and potting tank.
The slurry agitation tank is used for the slurry agitation before the flotation operation, so that the ore particles are suspended and fully contacted and mixed with the medicament to create conditions for the sorting operation. It can also be used in the production of the aluminum oxide pre-desilication tank after dissolution tank, de-seed tank and the washing tank, in industrial production it can be used for other similar operations.
Stirring tank for stirring and pulp storage, not only for dressing plant, also used in other industrial sectors. When the black, non-ferrous metal concentrate slurry and coal slurry pipeline use, also requires the use of large mixing tank.
The lifting tank has both agitating and lifting functions, and the lifting height can reach 1.2m. This equipment may be used when the equipment configuration causes the slurry to have a high self-flow height difference or if the difference is less likely to be pumped.
The chemical agitation tank is used for the preparation of various medicaments in the flotation plant. The material and structure of the agitation tank vary depending on the nature of the agent. At present, there is no fixed series of special acid and alkali resistant stirring tanks.
The slurry mixing tank is the most widely used and widely used. Depending on the nature of the material being agitated and the degree of suspension required, the structure is slightly different. For example, the minimum and moderate suspension is generally a single impeller without a circulating cylinder structure, and the impeller speed is low; the highest degree of suspension is stirred. It is necessary to adopt a circulating cylinder structure or a multi-impeller structure, and the impeller rotation speed is high; the structural characteristics of the high-concentration stirring tank are that the diameter of the impeller and the diameter of the circulation cylinder are increased.

Wear Resistant Steel Plate

1.Wear-resisting Steel Plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resisting layer. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity of resisting external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties that meet the requirements of specified working conditions.

2.Wear-resisting steel alloy wear-resisting layer and base plate are metallurgical combination. By means of special equipment and automatic welding process, the high-hardness self-protecting alloy wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, and the composite layers are one to two or even more. In the composite process, due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, uniform transverse cracks appear, which is a significant feature of the wear-resistant steel plate.

3.The wear resistant layer of the alloy is mainly chromium alloy, while manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and other alloys are added. The microhardness of carbide can reach above hv1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach hrc58-62. Carbide alloy has a strong stability at high temperature, maintain a high hardness, but also has a good oxidation resistance, within 500℃ completely normal use.

4.The wear-resistant layer has narrow channel (2.5-3.5mm), wide channel (8-12mm), curve (S, W), etc. It is mainly composed of chromium alloy, while manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, boron and other alloy components are added. With 40-60% carbide content, the microhardness can reach above HV1700 and the surface hardness can reach hrc58-62.
