Automotive emission standards

1 Did you know?

The environmental protection standards are formulated in accordance with the local fuel standards, mainly to improve the air quality of human beings, and to formulate automobile environmental protection standards for high oil prices and severe urban air pollution.

2 national standards

From January 1, 2004 onwards, Beijing Municipality has changed the exhaust emission standards for motor vehicles from Euro I to Euro II, and by 2008 it has officially implemented Euro III. Terms such as Euro I and Euro II standards commonly used in new cars in China refer to the emission directives issued by the EEC in that year. The Euro III standard is the real low emission standard that Europe and the United States are implementing. It is understood that the key to the environmental protection of automobiles is to control exhaust emissions and reduce the emission of harmful gases through relevant technologies, while the gasoline engine control system (ie, EMS technology) is the key technology necessary for environmental protection of automobiles and even the realization of European III.

3 calculation methods

Vehicle emissions refer to harmful gases such as CO (carbon monoxide), HC + NOx (hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides), and PM (particles, soot) that are emitted from the exhaust gas. They are all harmful gases produced by the engine during the combustion process. Among them, the European standard is the automobile emission standard that our country learns from. At present, the new domestic vehicles will indicate the European standards for engine exhaust emissions. The measurement of European regulations (instruction) standards for automobile emissions is based on the amount of pollutants (g/km) traveled by the vehicle's engine unit distance, because it is reasonable to study the pollution degree of automobiles to the environment. At the same time, European emission standards classify automobiles into two categories, total mass not exceeding 3,500 kg (lightweight vehicles) and total mass exceeding 3,500 kg (heavy vehicles). The light vehicle is tested on a chassis dynamometer whether it is a gasoline engine or a diesel engine. Due to the weight of the heavy machine, the heavy engine is tested on the engine pedestal using the mounted engine.

Pe Blow Mold

PE mold and PPR mold. PVC mold is the three most commonly used molds in various plastic pipe fittings. Each of these three molds has its own characteristics. PE mold, as a pipe fitting mold, has relatively stable physical properties and a relatively wide range of applications. PE mold has the following characteristics.

1: The consumption of pressure is small, and the output of PE mold is relatively high.

2: PE extrusion die can be used as inner and middle layer pipes, and can also be used as outer layer pipes for production. Pipes with different pressure requirements can also be used.

3: When a certain pipe melt temperature is reached, the PE extrusion die makes the melt flow speed reach the expected mechanical uniformity, which can achieve thermal uniformity.

4. The pipes directly used by PE extrusion fittings are various water supply pipes and gas pipes. The pipes produced by PE moulds have strong advantages in connection and connection performance. Due to their high efficiency of moulds, the price of relevant pipes is lower and the quality of products is more reliable.

5: It can realize the size control of multiple diameters in one model, which can save the production cost.

6: PE mold can also use heating thermostatic device in the design of caliber above 200. This thermostatic device mainly includes mold temperature machine and internal heating device, which can produce the best appearance.

PE pipes have developed well in various pipelines, and the sales of relevant PE moulds have also improved significantly.
