The ore bed is stable and is layered. The ore body is 400 to 1,900 meters long and the thickness of the ore bed is 1.5 meters. Judging from the mining conditions in recent years, the content of barium carbonate extracted from toxic heavy stones is 77%. This provides a reliable guarantee for the development of cesium chloride production in China.

The production level needs to be improved

At present, the utilization rate of barite or toxic heavy gravel in the production of cesium chloride is only about 65%, while the utilization rate in foreign countries is more than 82%. According to different uses, cesium chloride can be divided into general industrial grade, electronic industrial grade, high purity grade, ultra high purity grade, nano grade and so on. China's industrial guanidine chloride national standard GB/T1617-2002 is only classified into two types of standards for general industrial use and electronic industry. For high purity grade, ultra high purity grade and nano grade, there is no national standard for reference. Although some companies are currently researching and producing high-purity strontium chloride, it is difficult to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality.

Most of the high-grade products on the market are controlled by Japanese, German, and U.S. manufacturers. Domestic demand still depends on imports, and prices are high. Relevant experts pointed out that the development of the cesium chloride industry depends on the support of scientific and technological forces. The most promising varieties of cesium chloride in the coming years are high-purity cesium chloride and nano-sized cesium chloride.
