First, installation and commissioning
(1) Flotation machine tank
1 Installation sequence: first install the head tank body, then install the middle tank body, and finally install the tail tank body.
Before the installation of the 2 trough body, the horizontal deviation of the foundation seat should be measured by the horizontal mapping instrument. After the trough body is installed on the foundation, the overflow of the two sides of each trough body is formed into the same level, and the horizontal ruler is used to find the difference between the different troughs. And use the different thickness of the pad to make the whole machine horizontally consistent in the length direction and the width direction, the total deviation in the length direction should not exceed 3~5mm, the inlet port, the trough body and the trough body, the trough body and the middle quart joint There must be no leakage, and then tighten the bolts of the body.
(2) stirring mechanism
1 The hollow shaft and the impeller should be installed firmly. The horizontal plane of the impeller should be perpendicular to the hollow shaft and cannot be strung up and down.
2 The impeller should be aligned with the false bottom center hole, and the deviation is not more than 3mm.
3 The stator guide vanes are aligned with the steady flow plate on the false bottom and must not be staggered.
4 The radial and axial clearance between the impeller and the stator should be between 7 and 9 mm. During the installation, the gap can be measured from the outer diameter of the impeller at three equal distances. The axial clearance is adjusted by the adjusting pad.
5 The installation of the transmission V-belt should be moderately tight. Before installing the V-belt, first install the size pulley on the motor and the agitator shaft. After leveling, put the V-belt into the pulley groove, adjust the center distance, and tighten the V-belt. Rotate the motor to continue adjusting the V-belt so that the loose edge is slightly arched when driven with load.
6 Install the V-belt safety cover, and the safety cover leg insertion bracket should be stable.
7 Check the direction of motor rotation, the impeller rotates clockwise, the mixing mechanism should be flexible and free of jamming.
(3) Scraper mechanism
1 Install the scraper shaft, the scraper frame, the scraper rubber, and rotate the scraper shaft. The gap between the scraper rubber plate and the overflow port is uniform, no more than 5mm, and the rear groove scraper and the front groove scraper Staggered by 30°.
2 The centers of the scraper shafts are all on the same straight line, and the concentricity deviation of the adjacent two shafts is not more than 0.8 mm.
(4) Liquid level control mechanism
The fixed level adjustment mechanism allows the mechanism to be lifted and lowered in a manual or automatic operating state and within the lifting range required by the design.
(5) The installation of the ram mechanism shall ensure that the ram is lifted flexibly and without leakage.
(6) Installation of the ore-mining mechanism to ensure flexible rotation of the handwheel.
(7) After the flotation machine is installed, various greases should be injected into the lubrication points according to the design requirements, and the foreign materials such as bolts and cotton cloth that fall into the tank during the installation process should be cleaned.
(8) Fill the water to the overflow port. When the stirring mechanism is not activated, check the installation level of the tank and whether there is leakage.
(9) After checking the normal, start the motor, run for 8 hours under no load, check the current of the motor and the heat of each part. If there is no abnormality, it can be fed.
Second, the operation points and daily maintenance
(1) During the operation of the equipment, the temperature rise of the bearing and scraper bearing of the stirring mechanism shall be patrolled and shall not exceed 25 °C. The temperature rise of the motor bearing shall not exceed the allowable value.
(2) When there is abnormal noise in the rotor body, check the gap between the stator and the rotor, the spindle bearing, the transmission tape, and the rotor fixing parts to handle and replace the abnormal problem.
   (3) Stator guide vanes and false bottom steady flow plates are easily worn under the scouring of high-speed pulp, and should be inspected frequently and replaced in time.
   (4) The fastening bolts in the tank body are easy to loosen and fall off under the impact of high-speed pulp, which may cause the stator to sink. It should be inspected every shift and replaced in time. [next]
   (5) When the foaming rate of the foaming mechanism is lowered, check whether the oil resistant rubber sheet is damaged and adjust it in time.
   (6) When the foaming mechanism vibrates or oscillates, check the drive shaft for cracks and whether the couplings are disconnected.
   (7) Impeller inspection, when the impeller wear diameter exceeds 10%, there are holes or cracks, it should be replaced in time.
   (8) Lubrication
    1The stirring mechanism and the speed reducer of the scraping mechanism change the oil every 3 months.
2 Stirring mechanism The spindle bearing is oiled once a month.
3 Oil-impregnated bearings of the scraping mechanism should be refueled once a day.
(9) The feeding amount and feed concentration should be stable, the dosing system should be reasonable, the air intake of the hollow shaft and the sleeve should be adjusted properly, the liquid level of the flotation tank should be adjusted, and the scraper should not be wiped.
(10) Stop feeding before stopping.
(11) Always check whether the liquid automatic control device is reliable or not, and whether the liquid level reference value is appropriate.

4. Check if the air intake hole area of ​​the hollow shaft is too large and adjust it in time.
5. Check if the transmission tape is slipping, so that the bearing temperature of the impeller stirring mechanism is too high.
6. The number of revolutions is not enough, adjust and replace the transmission triangle belt.

The liquid level is unstable and the flower turns
1. Check the bottom plate of the tank body to see if the guide plate on the stator and the false bottom guide plate are accurately arranged. When the misalignment is found, especially when the false bottom is guided to the front of the impeller, it should be adjusted in time to make the two accurately aligned.
2. Check if the spindle support device is loose, so that the bottom surface of the impeller is parallel to the bottom surface of the tank.
