I. Phenomenon: The loop resistance tester is connected to the 220V AC power supply, the fan has no running sound, and the “test switch” is clicked. The current meter and micro-ohmmeter are not displayed.
Loop resistance tester

Reason: 220V AC power supply is not connected, fuse is not installed or blown.

Remedy: Check and rule out. (100A instrument insurance is not less than 6A re-melting contact with the factory to solve. (Do not access DC or 380V AC power)

Second, the phenomenon: click on the loop resistance tester "test switch", the ammeter shows no current, micro-Ou table shows the highest position "1."

Cause: The 100A current loop is not connected. The switch was not closed.

Remedy: Check the test line, reconnect, re-clamp. Close the switch.

III. Phenomenon: The test current of the loop resistance tester is normal, and the “1” is displayed in the highest bit of the micro-Euro value.

Cause: The voltage clamp is in the wrong position. The resistance of the circuit under test exceeds 2000â–¡â–¡. The voltage signal line is broken or not connected.

Remedy: Handle voltage signal loops, clamp pairs, clip voltage clips. During over-range: The multimeter can be used to measure the voltage of P1 and P2. The resistance value is the voltage value/current value.

Fourth, the phenomenon: loop resistance tester output current several times, less than 100A.

Cause: The power supply voltage is too low, the resistance of the power line is large or the contact is poor, and the voltage drop when there is a DC output is too large to reach 190V. C1 and C2 terminals are loose. The circuit under test and the test clamp are not in good contact.

Remedy: Use a qualified power supply, use a power cord that is too long or too thin, handle the circuit under test, and eliminate bad contacts. Use appropriate force when twisting the C1, C2, P1, and P2 terminals. (test current lies in 30A test value is trusted)
